I love Cream Cheese Frosting. Any cake, cupcake, dessert with Cream Cheese Frosting is a winner. I first had this lovely frosting when I had Carrot Cake for the first time, which was many years ago now. Once I was back from college and craving it I decided to make it myself and see how it goes.
This is my favourite frosting by far. My mom wanted to lick off the spoon when I made this for the first time as well, which is very unlike her.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter – softened
1/2 cup cold cream cheese – Philadelphia is the best
Directions
- Sift the Icing Sugar so there aren’t any lumps
- Add butter to the sugar and let it come together, mix with wooden spoon, it gives the best consistency
- Add cream cheese and bring together
