This is post #100! Thank you readers for visiting my blog and making this worthwhile for me 🙂 In celebration for my 100th post I’m planning a Peanut Butter Chocolate Ganache Cake. A cake like that needs a celebration but it also needs people to celebrate with. And anything with nuts is a no-go at my house because of the kids and their allergies. But I am just in frosting development stage at the moment, people for the cake can be found! you can always find people to eat some cake, don’t you think?  But this cake…Needs to have the height, needs to have the excess sugar in it,  needs to look pretty and then needs a whole lot of people to dive into it as well. I can’t possibly think of keeping one of those at home, my husband and I would chow it down and feel sick to our gut days later after assessing the damage we’ve done 🙂
BUT…that’s not stopping me from making it. I just need to find people to eat it! Step 1, get the frosting perfected since the cake will be banking on it to complement the flavours. Here goes.

Ingredients
2 cups melted butter
1 1/4 cups Peanut Butter
8 cups icing sugar
6 tbsp milk
Directions:
1. Combine melted butter and Peanut butter until smooth
2. Add the icing sugar 2 cups at a time and bring together
3. Finally add the milk to bring it to the right consistency and spreadable
