Peanut Butter Frosting

This is post #100! Thank you readers for visiting my blog and making this worthwhile for me ๐Ÿ™‚ In celebration for my 100th post I’m planning a Peanut Butter Chocolate Ganache Cake. A cake like that needs a celebration but it also needs people to celebrate with. And anything with nuts is a no-go at my house because of the kids and their allergies. But I am just in frosting development stage at the moment, people for the cake can be found! you can always find people to eat some cake, don’t you think?ย ย But this cake…Needs to have the height, needs to have the excess sugar in it, ย needs to look pretty and then needs a whole lot of people to dive into it as well. I can’t possibly think of keeping one of those at home, my husband and I would chow it down and feel sick to our gut days later after assessing the damage we’ve done ๐Ÿ™‚

BUT…that’s not stopping me from making it. I just need to find people to eat it! Step 1, get the frosting perfected since the cake will be banking on it to complement the flavours. Here goes.
