GOSH! It’s been so long since I’ve written anything. Let me assure you, I’ve been baking – I just haven’t been writing. I’ve mostly been traveling – for work – sadly none were leisure trips and worse – without my kids! But the positive side is, there’s always sugar to rely on to make us feel better 🙂 I’m now sharing one of the yummiest Frostings I have made in a while. Chocolate Malt Frosting, for a Chocolate Malt Cake which will be shared very soon!
900g icing sugar
1/2 cup butter
250g or 1 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Horlicks
- Mix butter & sugar until combined and then add the Cream Cheese
- In a separate bowl combine milk and Horlicks to form a thick paste
- Add the thick paste to the Cream Cheese Frosting and bring together with a spoon or a whisk to make it airy
